3D Printing

We now have 3 FDM printers which are able are able to print items up to 500mm x 500mm x 500mm (see below). Our latest printer gives us the capability to print in more materials as well as being able to print multiple colours and materials in the same print

As well as our in-house printers we also work closely with other 3D printing companies which have access to the latest printing technology and can print in a number of other materials to produce the highest quality prints available.

280 x 250 x 300mm Max. Print Size:- PLA, Tough PLA*, Cosmic PLA (Glitter), Matte PLA, Flexible PLA, TPU (rubber), ABS, ASA & PETG.

500 x 500 x 500mm Max Print Size:- PLA, Tough PLA*, Cosmic PLA (Glitter), Matte PLA & Flexible PLA.

256 x 256 x 256mm Max. Print Size:- PLA, Tough PLA*, Cosmic PLA (Glitter), Matte PLA, Flexible PLA, TPU (rubber), ABS, ASA, PETG, PVA, PET, PA, PC, Carbon Fibre/Nylon, & Carbon Fibre/PETG

* Tough PLA is a PLA which has been developed to have similar impact resistance to ABS with mechanical properties enabling efficient machinability for post-processing work such as CNC, drilling and sanding.

Our printing service is not only aimed towards engineering and prototyping, we believe that 3D printing also has a place in the home/domestic environment. If you have a broken switch that you are struggling to replace or a part which is broken and no longer available, contact us and we can produce a replacement using 3D modelling and 3D printing.

We are able to print either from models which we create for you or from models created by yourselves in most 3D CAD format including STEP, STL, OJB, X3G formats (or you can submit Solidworks native files SLDPRT/SLDASM).

As well as the files above we have been able to create 3D printed objects from jpg files. If you have a jpg, bmp, png or similar file which you want converting to a 3D print, get in touch with us and we will see what we can do for you.

We offer our 3D printing service at very competitive prices based on the size, complexity, material usage, build times and material of the item. All of our prints are done as quickly as possible and we will do our best to fit in all prints to suit client requirements. See below for examples.
